Welcome to the R&B e-Protocol IRB System
The R&B e-Protocol IRB System is the official platform of the Research and Biotechnology Group (R&B) for the electronic submission, review, tracking, and approval of research protocols requiring review by the Institutional Scientific Review Committee (ISRC) and/or the Institutional Ethics Review Committee (IERC).
Important note:
Only new studies and corresponding post-approval submissions (amendments, deviations/violations, SAEs, continuing, and final reports) starting June 2026 will use the e-Protocol IRB system. Studies before June 2026 will continue using the old system of submitting post-approval reports and applications via email.
Step 1. Register for an Account
Complete the Account Registration Form: https://forms.gle/eodssXf5EEZ66ZUP7
After your account has been created, you will receive:
✓ User ID via email
✓ Password creation link via a separate email
Please set your password promptly. The password creation link expires after a limited period.
Step 2. Review the User Guides

Once your password has been created, sign in using your User ID and password.
Forgot Password is available only for existing users who need to reset their password.
